  • Now the form will be displayed on the screen and you have to select District, Block/Municipality, Gram Panchayat/Ward, Pin Code, Post Office,  Police Station, Flat/Premises No., Street/Lane no., Ration Card No., Category and then click on the “Display” button to view the details.
  • Family members’ details of the applicant will be displayed on the screen. 
  • Select the card numbers for Conversion to Non-Subsidised Digital Ration Card and click on “View Selected List”.
  • Now enter the Date of Birth,  Epic No., Aadhar No, PAN No. and click on “SAVE & VIEW” button.
  • Verify the deets and submit.
  • On submission an application number will be generated.

2. Offline Procedure
